"I've used OEM, Hawks, and now Green Stuff and I don't think I'll be going back to anything else. When they bite, they BITE. I've gotten a squeak once or twice, but after the break-in period I haven't gotten a peep outta them. They leave alot of brake dust in the beginning from the break-in coating, but that's not a problem for me since I clean my wheels like once or twice a week. So if your looking for an improvement in your stopping ability, you will not be disappointed by getting these."

"I installed these on my 1994 Lincoln Continental. I was not expecting any difference in stopping due to the size of the vehicle. Turns out with just a simple turning of the rotors, these pads are like velcro on the rotors. Just a light peddle drag will cause the the car rapidly lose momentum. I almost have to late brake everywhere so i dont have to let off the brakes before i come to a stop. These pads are great, i highly recommend them!!!"

"Significant improvement in stopping power. Low pitch squeal when parking, especially when backing off...somewhat diminished after a few days. Overall, satisfied."

"I've only had them on my SUV (2000 Merc Mountaineer) for about two weeks and a little more than 100 miles, but from the start they had way better bite than my previous brakes. Had a bit of a squeal for a few days but it disappeared after they seated. Nice and smooth now, and I barely have to tap on the brakes to come to a nice smooth stop ;)(Need to buy separate hardware kit though...)"

"I installed these pads with new sottted and cross drilled rotors an a 2005 Hyundai Elantra. After about 200 miles the pads seated. Be gentle on braking during those 1st 200 miles so as not to distort the rotors because of excessive heat. The pads have greatly improved the stopping power when used whith the rotors referenced. Now come the test of time, meaning lets see how the pads hold up with these rotors, will the pad be chewed up with theses rotors. I hope not, so far they are great. Yes there is allot of dust, I'll live with that for the greately improved stopping power."

"Great pads, stops faster than the cheap-o ones from the chain stores.
Does have a lot of dust during the breakin period, I think it's from the settling paste though.
Also does wear faster, but that's to be expected since they are softer than the cheap pads.
I wish these things were cheaper"

"I first used EBC Green Stuff on my 1994 Miata. I was very impressed and routinely would scare the heck out of passengers with late and hard stops. When I first had a chance to change the brakes on my Jag XJ8 I, of course, used Green Stuff and was very happy. The next time I changed the brakes I went to a local auto parts store and got what I thought were pretty good quality brakes. Big mistake, which I will not again make."
