"Before instalation 60 to 80 in top gear took 10.17 seconds. Now it takes 9.11 seconds. I have used the K&n typhoon on other vehicles with great results."

"Could not be easier. Instructions indicated would take 1- 1/2 hours. Actually took 1/2 hr. Everything but screwdriver & wrench was included! Looks & sounds great. Can feel the power difference immediately."

"This K&N intake is very easy to install. The kit comes with excellent step by step instructions. I think it took me about an hour to install. It bolts up very solid and robust. I haven't noticed major improvement in the power but I have seen about a 2 mpg increase in my gas mileage. The kit is a bit expensive at $321. At $200 I think it would be a great deal."

"I don't know much about engines and whatnot but this was easy to install and most certainly added a little extra kick to my peppy ride. At idle you can hear the air sipping under the hood...not as quiet as stock. But when you put the peddal to the medal at the higher RPMs this thing sounds nice, even on my little 4 banger! Easy to install, took me about an hour and a half because I didn't want to mess anything up."

"I'm not use to popping my hood, taking things out, and putting new things in so easily. The install was surprisingly easy. The performance boost was clearly noticeable - not to mention how awesome the red CAI looks under the hood! I definitely recommend this for anyone trying to personally mod their car for performance."

"I got the box and had it installed in about 1-2 hours It had all the supplies and the instruction were ok (black and white) pictures. After I had it installed and test drove it. WOW it was night and day the preformance is amazing and the added sound is a plus."

"Installed this into a Kia Spectra 5... the instructions were very good, and somewhat easy. Instantly noticed additional torque and horsepower and had too much fun pushing the limits on this car after I installed that I didn't see any improvements in gas mileage. Now that I'm over the fact that I can floor it and drive more sensible I have noticed a slight improvement in mileage, not much but some is better than none."

"I put this Typhoone intake on my Mustang in less than an hour. This is the 5th vehicle I've used K & N on and I've never been disappointed. Most of the power gain is above 35-40 MPH, but I noticed an increase in mileage of 1 or 2MPG. Plus it looks fantastic too! I'd definitely reccommend this to anyone!"

"Easy install except for the fact that some items could not been seen very well on a Black and White instruction. System quite at idle and cruise, but @ accelleration you can here it kick in. I have been a K&N user! I have used them in all my trucks and now on my car. Keep up the Great Work!!!!!!!!!!!"

"The best dollar value for HP increase. Installation took 3 hrs, but that was because it took 2 1/2 hours to remove the factory parts. Afterwards, I took it to the streets and immediately notice in increase in HP and a better throttle response. If you want to increase the power, don't hesitate any longer. Buy it!!!"

"I installed the typhoon a week ago and have already seen an increase in MPG! As soon as I installed it, I also could feel a major difference in power. My Camry felt sluggish and it felt like the motor had to strain at times. Now, my 4 cylinder feels like a 6 cylinder! Definitley worth every penny!"

"2006 Charger RT Hemi, The installation instructions were easy to follow and it only took about 30 minutes to install. It sounds like a true muscle car and the throttle response is noticable. We should have done this to our Mustang! Thanks for the assistance AutoAnything and K&N. Glenn and Pam"

"Overall the K&N Install instructions are excellent. Head and shoulders above other manufacturers that point you in the general direction of the car and then have numerous text only: "do this, do this, BUT first" style instructions! My few gripes: a heat shield mounting stud location was identified incorrectly and the crankcase hose needed to be trimmed to fit without kinking. A couple of the pictures could have been clearer. The performance increase was noticeable immediately and the increased roar limited to when you tromp on the pedal."

"i didn't know what to expect when i bought this, just what i had read on reviews. it was a lot easier to put in that what i thought it would be. cars definitely runs better. i thought it would be louder, but still sounds pretty nice. k&n is a great brand!"
