Here's our complete guide answering your ordering information questions:
Adding Products to the Shopping Cart
Whenever you're browsing our site, there is a virtual shopping cart at your disposal to hold your purchases. When you find an item you want to purchase, click the orange "Add To Cart" button on the product detail page. Every time you add something to your cart, you will be taken to a page with an itemized list of what's in your shopping cart.
To delete an item, simply click on the trash can button next to the product. The item is instantly removed from your shopping cart.
Once you've added something to your shopping cart, it remains there unless you remove it by clicking on the trash can button, even if you hit the "back" button on your web browser.
To continue shopping after adding an item to your cart, click the "Continue Shopping" button below the product list and you'll return to the product page you were just on, or to the home page. If at any time you wish to view the contents of your shopping cart in detail, click the "View Cart" link in the top right of every page.
Coupons, Special Offers and Promotions
Coupons, discounts or promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Only one coupon, discount or promo code can be applied to each order.
Check Out
If you are done shopping and want to purchase your items, enter the Shopping Cart page. From your cart, click the orange button on the right hand side of the page labeled "Proceed to Checkout".
The first step in checkout is to enter your information. You can either sign-up as a new customer, or log in as a returning customer.
The next step will be to enter a billing and shipping address (they can be the same or different). You will also enter your credit card information here. Click the orange button labeled "Continue Checkout". See information on other payment methods.
When you're done entering all the correct info and ready to pay, check all the details carefully and click "Place Order" to complete the sale.
Changing or Canceling an Order
You can change your order and information at anytime until you hit the orange "Place Order" button. If you need to correct something and have already hit "Place Order", please edit your order from the Order Status Page. More details on changing or canceling an order
Receipt
After you click "Place Order", your receipt will appear on the screen for you to print out. We will also email you a copy to the email address you provided.
Problems receiving our email?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards for orders.
At checkout, provide your exact billing address and telephone number in the spaces provided. Be sure to use the address and phone number on your credit card statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
As part of our credit card policy, We never bill for credit card service fees.
You can be confident that your personal and account information is secure. We employ the latest 128-bit encryption technology in all parts of our site that require any personal information. Please read our safe and secure shopping information for more details.
When paying by cashiers check or money order, simply use our online shopping cart to add the items you would like to order. Next, print out the shopping cart with the itemized list of products you want to order. Your order total appears at the bottom of the shopping cart.
Mail this shopping cart printout along with the money order/cashiers check in the amount of the order total to:

**California residents: please include sales tax in the total amount of your cashiers check/money order.
**At this time, we do not accept personal checks for order payment.
We are pleased to accept wire transfer payments. Please call a sales representative at 1-800-976-1654 for details and to complete your transaction.
Orders shipped to customers outside of California are sales tax-free. California orders pay the standard state sales tax rate, which is automatically computed at checkout. The tax amount will be reflected on your order before it is placed.
Government orders
We will gladly credit sales tax for government institutions. Please fax us a copy of your tax exemption form with an address matching your order's billing or shipping address to 1-858-569-8503. Please include a copy of your receipt or your order number.
Before your order has been placed
If you have not yet hit the "Place Order" button during checkout, you can easily make changes in the shopping cart. You can add items, remove items, and change the quantities of the products instantly - all before entering your purchasing information.
Shopping Cart Help
After your order has been placed
If your order has not been placed with the manufacturer, you may be able to change your order after you have hit the "Place Order" button. To do so, click on the Order Status and enter or create your password. Once in Order Status, select your order and then cancel the item(s) you wish to remove using the "Cancel Items" button located on the right side of the screen.
When you see "Cancelled" in the Status section, your order has been cancelled and you will not be charged for the items.
Canceling a processed order
If you have hit the Cancel button and you do not see "Cancelled" in the Status section, your order has already been processed and submitted to our manufacturer/fulfillment center. An automatic email will be sent to our Cancellation Department Manager who will attempt to cancel your order by contacting the fulfillment center/manufacturer directly. You'll receive a confirmation email for your cancellation request automatically when it is submitted, and then another email within 48 hours letting you know if we were able to process the request.
There is no need to contact us additionally-you'll be notified by email or telephone within 48 business hours once the cancellation is complete.
**Contacting us again by phone or email during this 48-hour period will slow our ability to process your cancellation. We thank you in advance for your patience.
We are pleased to accept Canadian orders of $150 or more (excluding shipping costs). There are three ways to place a Canadian order with us:
- Our online shopping cart
Add the items you wish to order to the Online Shopping Cart. At checkout, enter your information and be sure to give us the country to which you want your items shipped. A Sales Representative will contact you within 1-2 business days to confirm your order and get your approval for shipping charges.
**Your order will not be processed until we have received your approval of the shipping costs.
- Place your order by phone
Canadian orders can also be placed by calling 1-858-8111 ext. 157. Be ready with the items you wish to order, and the exact address to which you want the items shipped. One of our friendly Sales Representatives will confirm your order total and shipping costs.
- Email us your order
Send us an email at canadashipping@autoanything.com, including the item(s) you wish to order and the complete shipping address. We'll contact you within 1-2 business days with a total for your order, including shipping costs.
All Canadian orders are subject to additional shipping fees, and are not eligible for Free Shipping offers. For Canadian orders placed online, a Sales Representative will contact you within 1-2 business days by phone or email to confirm your total order price and shipping rates.
Canadian orders may be subject to tariffs, customs duties, brokerage fees and associated assessments. These fees may include Import Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT) and Customs Clearance Fees. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. The shipping charge from us does not include any of these fees. Customs fees are normally charged by the company delivering the package.
**Please Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on packages that are refused or sent back to us due to unexpected tariffs and customs fees.

In order to protect you from fraud, we will ask that you fax a copy of your credit card and a form of identification to 1-858-569-8503 before we process your order. We will send you an email requesting this information once we have received your online order-feel free to order now and fax the information later when we request it.
**Currently, we do not accept international orders less than $500 (excluding shipping).
All international orders are subject to additional shipping fees, and are not eligible for Free Shipping offers. International shipments can either be paid for by credit card or wire transfer.
For the security of your credit card and your identity, we will need you to fax a copy of the front and back of the credit card along with a copy of your identification (Driver's License, Passport) to 1-858-569-8503. Once this copy is received, we can process your credit card order.
For wire transfer orders, please call 1-800-874-8888 to complete your transaction.
International shipments may be returned only if the item is received defective. We do not accept other returns for international orders.
Complete Return Policy
All products have different estimated ship dates. These ship dates can be found in the "Shipping Info" icon located on the top of each product page. Please allow an extra 1-2 weeks beyond the stated time for delivery of international orders.
If you need an item urgently, please email us at expressshipping@autoanything.com. We may be able to expedite both the manufacturing time (assuming the product is not in stock) and the shipping time. We'll contact you with the express delivery options for your items.
International orders carry additional shipping charges beyond standard orders. Express international orders will incur more charges beyond these. We'll seek your approval of all shipping charges before sending your order.
We can ship your order to a different address than your billing address. Be sure the billing address you enter is the same as your credit card statement, and enter the alternate address as the shipping address at checkout.
We encourage you to ship your items to the address at which you will most likely be able to personally receive your package(s). This is recommended for the security of your order.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available for most items. Please e-mail expressshipping@autoanything.com and include the item(s) you are looking to purchase and the zip code of the final destination.
Orders shipped with an express delivery method will be subject to additional charges, and are not eligible for our Free Shipping offers.
Special Delivery Instructions
At this time, we are unable to issue special shipping instructions to delivery drivers (i.e. leave package with neighbor, leave package on porch, etc.). You may leave a note on for the driver on your door with special instructions; however, the delivery of the package is still at the discretion of the driver.
Once your item has shipped and you have received a tracking number, you can attempt to give special delivery instructions to the shipping company handling your package(s).
Order Clarification
If for any reason you are uncertain about any part of your order, there is a Special Request box on the "Review and Place Order" page where you may include comments. Your comments will be reviewed before your order is processed. A Sales Representative will contact you by phone or email if necessary.
Gift Orders
For your convenience, all items are shipped without pricing printed on the invoice. Currently, we do not offer a gift wrapping service or gift cards/messages with orders.
